NDC via Travelfusion
Would you like us to add NDC content on your GOL IBE frontend?
Good decision!
What would it mean for you ? Not a lot!
Just provide us with the list of NDC carriers.
Make sure that there is online payment method (credit card) enabled on your frontend.
When we get this list we will tell you how to apply for this content. Actually, you will have to deal with each carrier directly on your own.
As soon as your deals would be made, you just provide us with certain credentials that we set up in our system.
As next, you send us small amount ( from 100 - 300 EUR) that will be used as a deposit for using the channel via which this content is published. This channel leads to Travelfusion. Yes, there is a small fee required for each NDC transaction from Travelfusion ( 3EUR/per transaction). This fee set up by Travelfusion for using this channel.
We will take care of connecting requested NDC on your GOL IBE frontend.
How NDC content looks like on agency´s frontend?
It appears the same way as LCC content therefore the content is provided via Travelfusion channel.

What happens after booking is paid and made?
In case booking is confirmed back, customer receives the flight ticket.
In the same moment when customer pays to your account, there is a deposit fee deducted from your Travelfusion deposit account.
On one hand, customer pays directly to you and on the other hand you pay via BSP directly to carrier.
How to check out Travelfusion deposit account?
Every Travelfusion user receives a rights to the section that is called Payment limits.
You will find it in section Prices - Payment limits in admin console.

If you click through it, you will get to your Travelfusion deposit account. Feel free to click at button called "DETAIL".

There you will find a section for your further explorations.
1) Allowed amount - this is the actual status of your Travelfusion deposit account.
2) Critical amount - this is critical amount set up on your Travelfusion deposit account.
In case the amount on your Travelfusion deposit account will reach this critical amount our system will send you a notification about this fact.
On base of this notification you are welcome to contact us with request to issue another invoice for increasing the deposit on your Travelfusion account.
As soon as that invoice for additional top up would be paid by you and the money would get on our side, we would top up your Travelfusion deposit account and confirmed this fact to you.
3) History - here you have a chance to check out transaction history.

There is a hyperlink under each reservation ID (in our example it is hidden due to security reasons). But actually you may click through each reservation ID hyperlink and check out easily what was any booking about.
