How to set up working hours exception?

This section enables you to creat an exception that relates to your Working hours.

What is this section good for?

You can define exceptions to the basic working hours set up in the section Working hours exceptions ( e.g. to define public holidays and other days when your agency is closed).

How to do so?

1) Log into your TRIP GATE account.

2) Go to the section Agency - Working hours exceptions.

3) Press button "Add exception".

  • If you set only a date - your agency is closed for the whole day.

  • If you set time Since - Till - you limit your working hours on that day only to the defined period.

4) Create a rule.

5) Save changes.

Rules are created day by day. So if you want to create a rule for 3 days. You have to create such rule 3 times. Below you may see an example of rule created for 3 days in a row.

This rule below says that from 1. - 3.7. your working hours are that way.
