How to set up service fee?

---

1) Log into the GOL IBE admin console.

2) Go to the section Prices - Service fees - agency or Service fee - dealers (depends on your role)

3) Default fee is to be found there.

There you may :

1. Add new service fee.

2. Modify already existing service fee.

How to add new service fee?

1) Click on button Add service fee

2) Specify criterions of your service fee rule

GENERAL

• Carrier - if you would like to create rule for a specific carrier just choose from the list.

• Connector - Air Ticket Galileo = GDS content

VALIDITY

• Customer validity a) Generaly valid = valid for all customers b) Valid for chosen one = click on button Choose and you will be redirected to your Customer database from which you will be able to choose that client.

• Origin a) Without restrictions - no resctrictions on destination b) IATA code - IATA code of destination c) Destination type - choose from the different options system offers you. d) Country - to specify country of origin.

• Destination - choose from the different options system offers you.

• Type - choose if the rule should apply to OW (OneWay), RT (ReTurn), OW+RT (Both)

CABIN CLASS

• Contains - choose from different options system offers you.

FEE

• Assigned fee value a) Fixed fee - to specify fee in fixed amount in your currency. b) Fixed fee regards to ticket price - to specify fee in fixed amount in your currency and the ticket price level or range for which the fee will apply. c) Fixed fee + % fee -to specify fee - combination of fixed amount and percents. d) Fixed + % fee, regards to ticket price - to specify fee - combination of fixed amount and percents w/ specifying price limits.

• Fixed fee - to enter value of your fee

• Fee in % height - to enter value counted in percents

• Customer discount in % - to specify discount in percents

SERVICE FEE FOR INFANT

• Service fee for infant in % from common service fee - to specify fee for infants.

• Rounded - fee rounding

3) Save changes.

What is default service fee good for?

• It is set up by the system automatically in each GOL IBE account.

• There are no restrictions at all as these will be applied by you.

• Default fee is to be applied to all clients without any exception.

How to modify default service fee?

1) Click at EDIT.

2) To set up type and height of fee go to the section FEE.

3) Once specified just save changes.
