How to handle service fees?
This article will guide you on how to create a service fees in GOL IBE.
You may create as many service fees as you wish in the section Prices - Service fee.
1) Log into the admin console.
2a) If you are an agency go to Prices > Service fees - agency.
2b) If you are a dealer go to Prices > Service fees - dealer .
See below how to continue:

1) Default service fee
Default service fee is a fee that is set up by the system automatically.
This fee is fully at your disposal.
We recommed to modify just the type and height of the fee in this case as this fee is a DEFAULT fee and is supposed to be valid for most/all of your clients. Default fee is used for those who has no exceptions from you side.
Just press button EDIT and go ahead.
Once done, save changes.
2) Creation of new service fee
Below you will find step by step instructions how to create a new service fee
1) ADD A RULE - just click at Add a service fee button
2) DEALER -If you are an agency, choose the Dealer the rule should apply for. ( If you are the Dealer just choose your agency).
3) CONNECTOR - always choose connector Galielo for GDS content
For Travelfusion (LCC) choose connector Travelfusion.
4) VALIDITY
a) Generally valid - if you would like to keep the rule valid for all your clients
b) Valid for chosen one - you have an option to choose one client of yours from the list of registered customers.
5) ORIGIN - here you may specify the origin the rule should apply for. Just choose from the list of options system offers you.
Type: The system offers you to specify the type of your flight here . It can be OW or RT.
6) DESTINATION - here you may specify the destination the rule should apply for. Just feel free to choose from the list of options system shows.
7) CABIN CLASS - here you may specify cabin class the rule should apply for. Just feel free to choose from the list of options system shows.
8) FEE - here you should specify the type and the height of fee for the rule you just create.
Fee types
Fixed fee - fixed amount.
Fixed fee, regard to price - fixed amount specified for certain price limit for flight ticket.
Fixed and % fee - here you may insert fee in % or combine both types.
Basic service fee - basic service fee.
Service fee per direction for 2OW - rule only for those agencies that have enabled 2OW (higher versions of GOL IBE).
9) SERVICE FEE FOR INFANT - here you may specify the height and type of fee if you decide to charge this type of traveler.
How to create service rule for certain customer
1) First, you have to create a record in section Customer list ( Simply said, customer must be registered in your system.)
2) Go to the section Service fee in admin console.
3) Press button to "Add a service fee".
4) Start to create a rule.
5) Once you will get to the section "VALIDITY" stop there as it is place where you will specify what customer is the rule you create for.
6) Click Valid for customers and choose option "Valid for chosen one" from the list.
7) Press button "Select".
8) System will redirect you to the Customer list. There feel free to choose requested customer from the list of your registered customers.
9) Once you find requested client, just click at button "SELECT" which is beside each customerÅ› record.
10) At the same moment you make selection you will be redirected back to the service rule - place where you create your rule.
11) Continue usual way .
12) As soon as rule is created you will find it in the list of all your service fee rules.
What is the difference between section Service fees - dealers and Service fee - agency?
Service fees - agency section is enabled only to agencies - owners of application.
They have this section enabled only in case they share their GOL IBE with some other dealers.
Service fees - dealers section is enabled to all dealers. All that have own dealer´s frontend.
Good to know: In case you also have Flight Watch Dog on, please note that there must be created the same service fee also for this add on. Every single service fee will have to have the same rule created for Flight Watch Dog!
