Reservation remarks
Here you may manage remarks that are supposed to appear in bookings in Smartpoint.
A remark can be added to a booking in order to enhance better identification.
It is now possible to include additional information in reservations that clients fill out in the booking form. Agencies can customize which details, in what format, and in what order will be added according to their specific needs to the reservation.
Notes can be entered as DI, RI, or NP.

How to create reservation remarks in admin console ?
Log into admin console.
Find section Supporting texts - Reservation remarks.
Click at button "Add text".
Start to crate a rule for remark.
Name: call your remark rule the way you want
Agency: choose your agency name.
Dealer: choose dealer name.
Text type: choose type of your remark.
Priority: feel free to specify priority of just created remark
Text field: feel free to insert your remark.
E.g.
Contact person:{reservation.billing_info.contact_name}
