1) Online registration
The way to create registration directly on your GOL IBE front-end is following:
Click at Log in option ( as per our printscreen below).
Choose an option that says "I need to create a new account".
Just fill in all details in the form.
Press button Register - once this button is clicked at new account for registered customer is immediately created in the section Customers.
Your client will get confirmation about this fact (notification) into the mailbox.
You will be in a copy of this notification to be announced about this fact.
This is the way how record looks like in GOL IBE section Customer list.
There you may manage each customer´s account easily via buttons DETAIL/EDIT/DELETE.
2) Registration done manually
This option is for cases when client asks you to do it or you simply want to create it on your own.
1) Log into admin console.
2) Go to the section Customers.
3) Press button Add customer.
Mandatory details for account creation are:
1) Dealer
2) Username
3) Password
4) Title
5) E-mail
6) Sex
Once you create an account for your client manually, please forward Username and Password to your client so he/she is able to log into your FE and start create bookings.
