You are welcome to download statistics about bookings made via your GOL IBE front-end.

1) Log into admin console.

2) Find section called Statistics.

3) Choose one of the options system offers you (in CSV or in Excel).

4) Statistics are downloaded in a moment.

Description of all columns that appear in our statistics:

• Name - what it represents

• Id - serial number of the record

• Connector - the source of booking data

• Status - current booking status

• Traveller - quantity of passengers excluding infants

• Infant - quantity of infants

• Agency - agency name

• Agency country - agency country of origin

• Dealer - dealer name

• Reservation date - date of booking

• Reservation year - the year when booking created

• Reservation month - the month when booking created

• From - departure point

• City from - departure city

• Country from -departure country

• Where - airport IATA code

• City where - destination / parent IATA code of the airport

• Country where - destination country code of airport location

• Type - journey type

• Departure - departure date

• Arrival - arrival date

• Reservation segment - quantity of flights in the itinerary multiplied by the number of passengers (excluding infants)

• Itinerary segment - number of flights in the itinerary

• Base price - the fare price

• Total price - total price

• Service fee price - service fee amount
