How to manage section working hours exceptions?

What is this section used for? In this section, you can define exceptions to the standard working hours set in Working Hours Exceptions (e.g., to specify public holidays and other days when your agency is closed).
How to Set Up Exceptions:
Log in to your GOL IBE account.
Go to Agency - Working Hours Exceptions.
3) Click the Add Exception button.
If you set only a date, your agency will be closed for the entire day.
If you set a time (From - To), you limit your working hours on that specific day to the defined period.
4) Create a rule.
5) Save changes.
Rules are created on a day-by-day basis. So, if you want to create a rule for 3 days, you will need to create the rule three times. Below is an example of a rule created for 3 consecutive days, specifying that from July 1st to July 3rd, your working hours will follow this schedule.
