How to administrate notifications in section Agency?

TRIP GATE generates and sends different types of notifications depending on client´s activity.

Each notification is labeled on base information provided by agency in implementation form.

How to manage this setting?

1) Log into admin console.

2) Go to the section Agency - Agency detail - Change settings.

3) Go to the section NOTIFICATION SENDER.

From e-mail: an e-mail from which notification "comes" over to the client.

From label: label under which notification "comes" over to the client.

Reply to Email: in case client decides to respond, such response goes directly to set up e-mail.

Reply to Label: label under which notification "goes" back to you (agency).

4) Once changes done Save Changes.

In case there is appearing some other e-mail address in notification in section From e-mail:

it means that there is some kind of security system set up on your side.

If you would like to have this section customized it is neccessary to do the following:

1) If you are using SPF

You have to allow our mailserver in the setting of your domain :

v=spf1 mx mx:golibe.com~all

2) If your domain has got SPF record

You have to add SPF into that record the following way:

include:golibe.com

Allways add CNAME record into the domain:

golibe._domainkey.agentura.cz CNAME golibe._domainkey.golibe.com
