How to manage promocodes?

Promocodes feature is part of the higher version of GOL IBE.

  • GOL IBE enhanced

  • GOL IBE enterprise

How to create a rule for a promo in admin console?

  • Log into admin console.

  • Go to the section Price - Commissions and discounts.

  • Press button "Add a rule".

  • Agency name has to be preset

  • You may specify priority

  • Choose the type: Discount from total price & Promo code

  • Continue with creating the whole rule

  • Specify the type and height of your discount by section Commission / Discount amount

  • Fill in the promo code in section Promo code for discount

  • Once you are done with the rule save the rule.

Then it is your turn to spread this promo code to those clients you want.

When your clients come over to your frontend they will find field for entering promo code right at the 3rd step of booking process.
