Notification templates

1) How to get to section Notification templates?

1) Log into admin console.

2) Go to the section Notifications - Notification templates.

You will find all notification templates in this section.

You are welcome to :

  • EDIT - here you may modify the way your notification looks like. You may edit text, change colours, insert logo etc.

  • DELIVERY - here you may specify what users should receive that specific notification.

  • COPY - by clicking at this option you create a copy

  • DELETE - by clicking at this option you delete that notification. We do not recommend to do this.

2) What types of notifications are the most used ones and what are these good for?

  • GOL IBE - Registration - notification goes to the person that registered in your GOL IBE account.

Such person became registered customer of yours.

  • GOL IBE - Forgotten password - notification is sent to the person that clicks at Forgotten password text on your GOL IBE front-end. In such case client gets the chance to create a new password to log into GOL IBE site.

  • Airtickets - Booking created - anytime someone creates a booking on your GOL IBE front-end this notification goes to the client as confirmation.

  • Airtickets - Booking canceled - anytime booking is canceled confirmation goes to the client.

  • Payments - Booking paid - in case there is payment via credit card available for your client in such case and payment for booking is succesful this informaton goes to the client.

3) How to edit the way notification looks like?

1) Log into administration console.

2) Go to the section Notification templates .

3) Choose the notification you would like to manage.

4) Click at button EDIT.

( If you have more then one language versions you have to choose from the list of language templates and then press once again EDIT to get to the body of the template.)

There are two ways how to modify your notifications.

Simple way and by using html coding.

3a)Simple way

1) To make simple editations just click at blue window you find on a task bar menu.

Ticket itinerary will be fully at your disposal.

2) Just click into the template and start with editation.

Here you may add/change/delete the text, logo etc.

3) As soon as you are done with updates just save changes.

3 b) Editation via HTML

If you prefer editation via HTML just click on HTML on template task bar menu and go ahead.

5) Notification recepients

You may manage the delivery of every single notification you have set up in the system.

To manage this fact just click at button DELIVERY on the ride side.

Just tick/ untick wished recepient you need to and save changes.

This way you can manage any notification delivery.

Recepients - EXPLANATION

  • to customer - person that makes a booking / traveler

  • to passengers - traveler in Trip Gate - this recepient is not for GOL IBE

  • to dealer - agency in the role of dealer

  • to agency - owner of an account in GOL IBE

  • to configurator - system provider (it is us)

  • send itinerary - to manage attachments that are attached to certain notifications.
